Returns

The clothes can be returned within 30 days after receiving. All articles must be returned in the same condition in which they were s shipped and the Hand2Hand-label has not been removed.

Follow the instructions on the return form, which you can find on the back of your delivery note. The form is also available for download under the following link: Return Form

Important Informations

The cost of returning the clothes is your own responsibility and will not be covered by us.

Please make sure that the return shipment is sent with package tracking and that you keep the receipt. Lost packages without tracking are not refunded by us.

The item price will be refunded through your payment method as soon as we have received your item back.
